How post-construction pricing works
These jobs are quoted around square footage, dust level, number of windows, bathrooms, cabinetry and the stage of construction. Large or complex projects may require an in-person walkthrough before a final quote.
Before we arrive
Construction debris, hazardous materials and trade cleanup should be removed before the final cleaning unless specifically discussed in the scope.
