Utah County Move-Out Cleaning Checklist
A practical checklist for preparing an empty or mostly empty home for cleaning.
Kitchen
Clear counters and cabinets, remove food and trash, and empty the refrigerator if its interior will be cleaned. Oven and refrigerator interiors can be selected as add-ons.
Bathrooms
Remove personal items from showers, counters, drawers and cabinets. Heavy soap scum or buildup can require additional time.
Bedrooms and living areas
Remove belongings and debris so cleaners can access floors, baseboards, doors and surfaces.
Windows and cabinets
Window cleaning and cabinet interiors are available when included in the agreed scope. Window service can include interior glass + blinds or interior + exterior glass + blinds; exterior service has a $150 minimum.
